Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and certificates of authenticity, then pack inside a sturdy shipping carton.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid, fully insured shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the timepiece's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
